Orders placed before 3pm (AEST) Monday to Friday, where stock is available at our online warehouse, will be dispatched the same day.

Customers are required to pay return postage. azzurielle is not liable for any loss, damage or delay arising from, or in connection with, the transport and return of the goods to azzurielle. In the case of a missing package, if the package was not sent tracked a return will not be offered. 



shipping terms:

Authority To Leave is a default option selected by azzurielle for all orders. If your home is unattended the parcel will be left in a safe place on the premises. If there is not a secure area to leave your purchase, or your address is a unit, a card will be left authorising you to collect the item from your nearest Australia Post Office. Please indicate to azzurielle if this option is not suitable.

We must have correct and complete addresses, including a company name where necessary, and at least one contact telephone number.

*Deliveries to Western Australia, Northern Territory & regional areas may take up to 4-8 working days.

Although express services are fast, unfortunately azzurielle cannot guarantee delivery times as it depends on the destination. Occasionally, carriers experience delays and as much as we don’t like it, they are out of our control.

To submit a return please download our returns form here and follow the instructions.

azzurielle will provide a credit note or refund, in accordance with the following conditions:

  • All items must be returned within 14 days from the date you receive the parcel
  • Proof of purchase and a return form is included with the item
  • All tags are still attached to the item/s including "ENJOY" tag attached to the front of the garment. 
  • The item has not been worn, altered, washed and/or dry cleaned
  • The item is in perfect condition, and is not dirty nor has it been damaged while in the customer’s possession
  • Sale items are non-refundable - a credit note will be offered (in the form of a personalised online code). This excludes faulty items.
  • Credit notes cannot be redeemed for cash and are for online use only.
  • They are only valid online with 6 months validity from the issue date and cannot be refunded/re-issued.
  • azzurielle will not cover the shipping costs on any orders placed using a credit note.
  • Please allow 5 business days for your exchange or credit note to be processed.


Please note: Returns/Credit Notes will only be granted once per order. Any order placed with a credit note cannot be issued with another credit note. Please choose carefully.

 

SWIMWEAR

All swimwear MUST be tried on over underwear for hygiene. Do not remove the hygiene seal on swimwear as returns will not be accepted if removed (unless defective).
