- FULL PRICE ITEMS – eligible for a refund or online store credit
- SALE ITEMS – eligible for an online store credit
- WELCOME DISCOUNT – Welcome discount can only be redeemed on full priced items. Items purchased with a welcome discount are eligible for a refund or online store credit
- ONLINE PURCHASES - Online purchases made via our website can only be returned online.
- IN-STORE ITEMS – Items purchased in-store cannot be returned to any of our online platforms and are only eligible for instore returns. Our in-store returns policy does differ to our online returns policy, so get in touch with your local store for more information.
- FAULTY/ DAMAGED ITEMS – please email us directly at hello@azzurielle.com with your name and order number.
- ONLINE STORE CREDIT – Online store credit is issued in the form of a discount code and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Online store credit can only be used on www.azzurielle.com and cannot be returned for a refund or redeemed for cash. Items purchased using online store credit can only be returned for an online store credit and is not eligible for a refund.
Before submitting a return, please read through the conditions below to ensure your item is eligible for a return.
- Items are returned within 30 days of your parcel being received.
- Items are returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with all tags attached
- Swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene. Do not remove the hygiene seal on swimwear as returns will not be accepted if removed (unless defective)
- Proof of purchase and a completed returns form must be included in your return
- Azzurielle does not cover the shipping cost for returning an item. We recommend using a traceable service to reduce the risk of lost parcels. In the case of a lost parcel, a return will not be offered unless a tracking can be provided.
- We are unable to facilitate exchanges. If you require another size/style, please submit your return, and make a new purchase. If your matter is urgent, get in touch with us at hello@azzurielle.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered for your return to be processed
