To submit a return please visit our online returns portal here and follow the instructions. Before submitting a return, please read through our returns policy below to ensure your item is eligible for a return.

You have 14 days from the date you received your parcel to submit and dispatch your return.

FULL PRICE ITEMS 
Full price items are eligible for a refund, exchange, or online store credit.
If a combination of store credit and card/PayPal/AfterPay payment has been used then the store credit will be refunded first, followed by the remaining payment method.

SALE ITEMS
Sale items are eligible for an online store credit or exchange.

EXCHANGES 

Once an exchange has been made, it is considered final and cannot be refunded or exchanged again. Exchanges are treated as requests only, and successful fulfillment is dependent upon stock availability at the time of processing your return. If your exchange cannot be fulfilled, then you will be automatically issued with a store credit instead. Exchanges can only be made for a different variant of the same product. If you're unsure about the size, we recommend opting for a store credit as there is no possibility for additional returns.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

- Hair Accessories
- Swimwear
- Face Masks
- Boobyful Aid Products

WELCOME DISCOUNT 
Welcome discount can only be redeemed on full-priced items. Items purchased with a welcome discount are eligible for a refund, exchange, or online store credit.

ONLINE PURCHASES 
Online purchases made via our website can only be returned online. ALL orders placed online through our website cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded in store at Azzurielle Myer as our systems are separate.

IN-STORE ITEMS 
Items purchased in-store cannot be returned to any of our online platforms and are only eligible for in-store returns. Our in-store returns policy does differ from our online returns policy, so get in touch with your local store for more information.

INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEMS
We're so sorry to hear you've received an item you did not order or that’s not in perfect condition, Please submit your return through our returns portal here and select the ‘Damaged Item’ or 'Incorrect item' once you request has been approved no changes can be made to your return.

ONLINE STORE CREDIT 
Online store credit is issued in the form of a discount code and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Online store credit can only be used on azzurielle.com and cannot be returned for a refund or redeemed for cash. Items purchased using online store credit can only be returned for an online store credit and is not eligible for a refund.

RETURNS POSTAGE
Customers are required to pay return postage. Azzurielle is not liable for any loss, damage or delay arising from, or in connection with, the transport and return of the goods to Azzurielle. In the case of a missing package, if the package was not sent tracked a return will not be offered.

RETURNING MULTIPLE ITEMS
If you wish to facilitate the return of multiple items from a single order, it's essential to ensure that all items are returned simultaneously. Once a return request is submitted and approved, it's important to note that no further changes can be made to the return. This process ensures that returns are handled efficiently and accurately, preventing any modifications after approval.

 Before submitting a return, please read through the conditions below to ensure your item is eligible for a return.

  • Items are returned within 14 days of your parcel being received.
  •  A $2 restocking fee will be applied to all returns selecting "Return For Refund" as their preferred return method.
  • Items are returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • When submitting a return, exchange, or credit note, please include the slip card that is in your original order, please fill in your name and order number to ensure your process can be completed as quickly as possible. 
  • Azzurielle does not cover the shipping cost for returning an item. We recommend using a traceable service to reduce the risk of lost parcels. In the case of a lost parcel, a return will not be offered unless tracking can be provided.
  • You have 24 hours after submitting your return to make any changes to your return request. Changes will not be able to be made to your return after this timeframe. 

Once your return is delivered and inspected, please allow up to 10 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered for your return to be processed.
